Is there a setup fee?
No upfront setup fee. Pricing is $29 per month with a minimum 12-month agreement: $348 in plan payments for the initial 12 months.
What happens after the first year?
After 12 paid months, you can buy out the website for $49.50, which is 50% of the standard $99 buyout price. Transfer details and any ongoing costs are agreed before signing.
What happens after two years?
After 24 paid months, if you end the collaboration, the website transfers to you without an additional buyout charge. Any continuing domain or hosting costs are separate from that buyout charge.
Does the plan include hosting, a domain, or updates?
Hosting, SSL, and two small changes per month are included. The scope of a small change, domain costs, and transfer arrangements are confirmed before an agreement.
Will the website work on phones?
Mobile is the priority. We check the full layout at multiple phone widths, navigation, touch targets, images, contact links, and agreed interactions before publication.
